Quilt party!

I went to the local Newborns in Need meeting today and it was great!!  The last meeting I went to was a month ago and that was the day I passed out.  I have to admit that was in my mind this morning - but everything went fine.  The meeting was held at the place where they have their workroom.  That was nice because I was able to see the workroom and all the supplies they have too.  All the women are so nice and really seem to want to welcome me into their group.

This weekend they are having a quilt party and talked me into attending.  It is all day Friday, Friday night, and most of the day Saturday.  We'll be staying all night and eating all our meals there.  I think it's going to be fun and a great way for me to get to know everyone.  This is the first time that I've ever gone to anyting like this so I'm alittle nervous!  I need to get my mind straight about what all to pack too.  Any advice?  They have kits to work from or I can bring my own projects.  Also, there are sewing machines there but not many so I'll probably take mine.

I'm just a tiny bit worried about my health and this being too much for me.  I still get wore out really easily and I'm still having some dizzy spells.  Even during the meeting today I got super dizzy once, but I drank some water and that seemed to help alot.  I just need to make sure I drink lots of water and eat whenever I start to feel hungry.  And I need to try not to get too tired.  I have a plan if I'm feeling to tired.  I'm going to ask some of the women to teach me to crochet (maybe even knit too since I"m not too great at that) which will give me a break and be fun at the same time.

Bye,
