I love cotton yarn

I've been crocheting a lot the past few days and it feels so great.  It's nice to not have my Carpal Tunnel symptoms to worry about anymore.  Recovering from the surgery was difficult but I'm glad I did it!  Anyhow, I've been making bag holders for all those plastic bags you get at the grocery store.  Our house is overrun with them!!!  I know they aren't really good for the environment but we do recycle ours.  We use them when we clean up the yard from our black lab & we also use them as trash can liners in the bathroom.  I'll even admit that I sometimes use them as project bags for my various WIP crafts!  Because we have so many plastic bags I have been wanting to make some holders to store them in.

I decided to just wing it and came up with my own basic pattern.  I'm using cotton yarn and boy do I love it!!  I love the way it feels, the stitch definition, and even the stretch of it.  I've finished two holders already and am working on the third one.  I'm hoping to be finished in a day or two & will post pictures then.  Now, back to crocheting!  I love my life!!!

Bye,
