Closing Central Ohio Binky Patrol

I'm sure you can deduct from the subject of this post that I have decided to close down Central Ohio Binky Patrol.  Please know that this is not a result of any issues or hard feelings towards Binky Patrol or any one else.  I just have a lot going on in my life right now.  I feel as though I need to take time to really focus on myself, my husband and our life together.  Thank you for understanding.

As you can imagine, this has been a very difficult decision for me to make.  I have loved working with all of you.  I am also overwhelmed with the wonderful support you all have offered me.  It means the world to me!  We've helped a lot of children not only here in Ohio but throughout the country.  That is because of you and your commitment to charity.  Please don't stop your charity work as a result of me closing the chapter. I would love for you to find another Binky Patrol chapter to work with.

I'll be closing down the website, blog, facebook, twitter, and ravelry pages today. I am not officially closing the chapter until November 20 though. I'd really like us all to pull together and meet our Snowball Express goal. We're currently at 184 hats with only 116 more to go.  I really believe we can do this.  It'll be an awesome way to close out an awesome chapter! Other than sending hats to Susie in Texas, please just send any other donations to another charity of your choice.

Again, thank you all so much for your wonderful support and assistance.  I will miss working with all of you!  Of course, if you have any questions or comments please feel free to email me whenever you'd like.

Bye,
Lisa

I think it is great that you are doing what is best for you. You can't take care of others unless you are taking care of yourself first.

Have a great day!
